Filtration plays a part in most aspects of day-to-day life, no more so than today, with increasing emphasis on the control of pollution, and the awareness of the need for clean air.

Whilst the physics of filtration are in the public domain, the vast diversity to which these devices can be applied means that much of the information required to select the correct medias has had to be gathered empirically over the years, as have the techniques of assembly and manufacture.

Micronair have been involved in the manufacture of filter products for more than 25 years, and have designed systems and built a range of machinery for producing the entire spectrum of filter devices used in commercial and industrial environments.

We are able to provide the expertise and know-how that will permit the manufacture of these filters, including the methodology of assembly, the supply and commissioning of specialised machinery, the sourcing and selection of the correct materials and components, and the construction of specialised laboratory equipment to test the finished products, or to conduct on-site installations.

Our expertise also includes several related technologies, including the manufacture of industrial filter bags, sleeves and elements, where the correct media usage and methods of fabrication are critical for satisfactory performance.

Here again, we are able to provide the sources of the materials, the detailed specifications of the major components, and individually prepared technical manuals.

Our areas of expertise include the manufacture and applications of:

Filter sleeves, tubes and elements for dust control (165k)
Filter cloths for liquid/solid separation (259k)
Filters for domestic & commercial air-conditioning (81k)

If you, or your company have an interest in the creation and/or development of any filtration manufacturing facility, please contact dgp@filter.co.uk , and request further information.
